Victoria Fairweather

Victoria (Waikato) is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with a passion for delivering impactful kaupapa.

Victoria first started with Tapuwae Roa (then Te Pūtea Whakatupu) in 2021 within Te Kāhui o Te Ohu Kaimoana. During this time, she also led communications for Te Ohu Kaimoana, Te Wai Māori, and Takutai Trust.

Victoria brings a wealth of marketing and communications experience to the Trust, having delivered and led transformative projects across diverse sectors including healthcare, retail, environment, beauty, service, tourism, hospitality, and finance.

With a passion for creative communication, Victoria prides herself on her strategic mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Whether it be crafting a compelling campaign, or delivering impactful results, Victoria is an experienced communications generalist who enjoys bringing a creative vision to life.

Having grown up in the mighty Manawatū, Victoria also spent many years in Tauranga Moana, and now resides in Pōneke. She has two children, is an aspiring sourdough baker, and plant mum to 30 indoor plants.
